With competition fierce, hiring the wrong worker can be crippling.  As a result, many companies use pre-employment tests to ensure they are making the right choice when hiring a worker for a critical position.  While The Source doesn’t directly test applicants, the staff will help schedule testing and companies can use facilities at The Source as a testing site.
