Free Job Posting
Position openings with area businesses can be posted directly to OhioMeansJobs.com by the business or with the assistance of staff at The Source.  The jobs will be entered into the automated, state-wide labor exchange system and qualified applicants will be matched to the positions and notified about the opportunities.  Click here for a Job Order Form.

Applicant Pre-Screening
Staff at The Source will screen job seekers to ensure they meet the employer’s minimum qualifications prior to releasing the employer’s instructions for applying.  The level of pre-screening is determined by the employer and can range from basic skills matching to comprehensive résumé review.

Business of Day
This is a new program to help you with your day-to-day recruiting needs. Businesses will now have the opportunity to meet with job seekers at The Source, take applications, conduct on-the-spot interviews, etc. A customized package will be developed by Source professionals to make your day a productive one. The process is simple:

  • Select a day (or days) that you would like to spend at The Source.
  • Contact The Source to reserve your spot.
  • Provide a job order to The Source, so that we can find qualified applicants and invite them to the event.
  • Come on your scheduled day, and prepare to hire qualified workers!

Please keep in mind that, although this service is provided at no cost to you, it is important that you let us know who you hire. We are required to report all hiring data, which determines our funding, and enables us to continue to do business.
