Customized Training
Customized training programs are designed to assist businesses upgrade the skills of their existing workers by offsetting up to 50 percent of the training costs. Companies are free to choose the most appropriate training provider and are reimbursed once the training is complete.  

On-the-Job Training
On-the-Job (OJT) funds are available to companies interested in hiring workers but unable to find people with the exact skills they desire but are willing to train. Companies are reimbursed up to 50 percent of the wages paid to the new, full-time employee during the training process.  

Incumbent Worker Training
The Incumbent Worker Training Program is designed to provide expense reimbursement grants to businesses for the purpose of providing skills upgrade training to currently employed full-time workers.
