Who is eligible?

  • Youthful offenders
  • Male or female
  • Within 90 days of release from State or community based correctional facilities
  • Anyone with a criminal record who is residing in Lucas, County
  • Individuals with family income less that 200% of poverty level*
  • Individuals able to legally work in the U.S.
  • Individuals living in Defiance, Williams, Fulton, Henry, Lucas, Wood, Ottawa, Sandusky or Erie County?
