Who is eligible?

  • Youth disengaged from education
  • Male or female
  • Truant for more than 90 days (middle school or high school)
  • Youth age 18 who have obtained ten credit hours or less
  • Youth age 16 or 17 with five credit hours or less
  • Youth age 16 and older who have officially withdrawn from school
  • Individuals with family income less that 200% of poverty level*
  • Individuals able to legally work in the U.S.
  • Individuals living in Lucas County
